What is it?
Besides the MediaMan project, I was originally doing part time website designing and development consulting jobs, and in the meantime, this is my hobby. I have received such requests concerning whether I'll offer design services for some small sites. So I think I might as well put a note right here.
What do you do?
I'm currently accepting contracts to design small scale websites (no bigger than imediaman.com). The finished work will include Adobe Photoshop PSD file for website graphical templates, and developed CSS (cascading style sheets) and HTML template files. These templates can be used to build the website. If you need the entire website to be done, please review the TYPO3 (a Content Management System) based site development service.
How are you different from others?
If you take a deep look at imediaman.com, you'll discover that the website is designed purely by XHTML and CSS (cascading style sheets). There's no tables, no image tags, no JavaScripts in the page framework. Page visual experience is purely defined by CSS. This is an example of separating content from presentation, which leaves HTML code clean, and put the complex visual style layout logic in the CSS behind. And the obvious benefits of it are:
