System Requirements

Hardware Requirements:

• At least Intel® Pentium® III or compatible processors
• At least 512MB total physical memory
• At least 20MB (50MB recommended) free space on the installation path
• 32bit True-color graphics acceleration card (Desktop must be in 32bit color depth mode)
• A persistent broadband Internet connection recommended
• A high quality webcam for barcode scanning (optional)
• At least 32MB of video memory for barcode scanning feature (optional)

Software Requirements:

• Microsoft® Windows® Vista, XP, 2000 (Windows Vista or XP is required for some of the features)
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6 or above
• Microsoft® DirectX® 9 or above for webcam barcode scanning (optional)

Although MediaMan can run in a degraded mode on Windows 2000, lots of its best and upcoming features are/will be relying on Windows XP and 32bit desktop color depth. Please update your operating system to the latest available service pack, and set your video card color depth to the highest available mode to enjoy full software features.

(Note: Microsoft Windows Server family is not officially supported. You are not eligable for technical support if you were running MediaMan on these platforms.)
