Importing seems to stall out By: Treball Date: March 21, 2011
So, I've been using this product for a while and everything is great, although I seem to, from time to time, run into a tile where it seems to stall out. As in I'll enter the Amazon ID number into the import section and it never seems to come up. "Getting Extra Info" is all that ever happens. Does this happen for anyone else?

Yes this is happening to a handful of people, and it appears only on certain items. I suggest that you try and turn off IMDb lookup option, and try restrict your search catalog to something other than "Everything".
Would you please provide the keywords you are trying to use for investigation?

Well, I did uncheck the "IMDB" bit and it seemed to help. I'm trying to remember what the few titles were that the program was struggling with. I know searching "Animaniacs" gave me grief. Putting in the Amazon ID number didn't work either. For volume 2 at any rate. Searching or putting in the ID number for "Breaking Bad" also gave me some troubles from what I can recall. Other than that, I can't remember what other ones were stalling out. Thanks.
