I am about to buy a new computer that will have 64 bit tech. Can I update a current 32 bit to work on the new 64 bit tech.

MediaMan is currently only available in 32bit. However, it'll run fine on 64bit versions of Windows.
And for your information, all "non-system-level" 32bit software will run exactly the same on 64bit Windows. The only noticeable exceptions are things like Anti-Virus programs (whereas, they are classified as system-level software).
