I have noticed that some of the DVDs and Blu Ray movies I have imported default to the book tab in the edit box, and others default to the video tab as they should. I have looked everywhere, but I cannot find what data I need to change in the offending items to have them defaul to video and not book. I have also noticed this with some of my music CDs and games as well.
I know I'm probably overlooking something very simple so hopefully it will be easy for you to point out my mistake.

Well it's probably because during import MediaMan is unable to parse any "movie-like" fields such as a theatrical release date or a rating. Or it's possible that a field is mistakenly filled in the book fields. MediaMan requires some hint to treat an item. However, during the nature of parsing Amazon web pages, this is not possible sometimes. It's not a malfunctioning. Just edit it, remove book related fields and add some movie fields, it'll be correct again.
