I didn't receive my registration key, what do I do?

Due to the current situation of Internet emails, we cannot guarantee that registration information emails can be delivered anywhere. If you didn't receive your registration information 24 hours after purchase. Please use the contact form to send the information of your purchase to me. I'll need your name, email address upon registration, order number, and date/time. Please use an alternative email address because we cannot deliver to your original one.

What's the version upgrade policy?

Consider version string: 2.30.1. If any bug fixes is issued, the last digit, "1", will be increased. If any new features is introduced, the middle digit, "30" will be increased. The first digit "2", will only be increased when there are a whole set of new functions introduced.

Critical bug fixes might be released several days after it's discovered. Minor feature enhancements might take up to a month, and major enhancements usually take several months to finish.

Program updates is free for life for all registered users. And MediaMan is still being actively improved and developed.

Do you offer whole-sale discounts?
