MediaMan comes with limited free customer support services. Please follow these guidelines to get answer to your question about the MediaMan software, or to solve a technical problem.
Before you ask for technical support, you are strongly advised to check out the download section to see if a newer version is available. It may have solved most of the technical issues you encountered already. Also, please note that only the latest version of the program is eligible to the technical services. You can subscribe to the newsletter to keep informed of program updates.
